Privacy policy.

Effective August 12, 2026

The short version: the quote form is the only thing on this site that collects information about you, it goes straight to our inbox so we can call you back, and we don't sell it, share it for advertising, or track you around the internet.

Who we are

West Coast Cushion Courts LLC builds and resurfaces cushioned sports courts nationwide. CA Lic. #1136049. You can reach us at westcoastcushioncourts@gmail.com or (541) 633-6668.

This policy covers westcoastcushioncourts.com. It does not cover sites we link to, such as Instagram.

What we collect

We collect what you type into the quote form, and nothing else about you. That form asks for:

  • Your name
  • Whether you're a property owner, contractor, HOA or property manager, architect or designer, or something else
  • Your phone number
  • Your email address
  • The best time of day to reach you (optional)
  • The type of project you're planning

If you email or call us instead, we have whatever you choose to tell us in that message.

Our web host records standard server logs — IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps — as part of delivering the site. These are used to keep the site running and secure, not to build a profile of you.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies of its own, runs no analytics, and carries no advertising or social media trackers. There is no cross-site tracking to opt out of, and nothing here responds differently to a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal because there is no tracking to disable.

If that changes — if we add analytics, for example — we will update this page and the effective date before turning it on.

How we use it

We use what you send to respond to your inquiry, prepare an estimate or proposal, schedule a site visit or consultation, and carry out work you hire us for. We also keep it as an ordinary business record of who contacted us and about what.

We do not send marketing email to people who filled out the quote form unless they asked us to. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Who sees it

Form submissions are delivered to our company inbox through Google Workspace, our email provider, and are read by the people at West Coast Cushion Courts who handle estimating and scheduling.

Beyond that, information is shared only with service providers who help us run the business and the project — our website host, our email provider, and, where a job requires it, subcontractors and vendors such as fencing, lighting, or permitting partners, limited to what they need to do the work. We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or to establish or defend legal claims.

How long we keep it

Inquiries that don't become projects are kept while they might still turn into one, and cleared out periodically after that. Records tied to work we performed — proposals, contracts, invoices, project documentation — are kept as long as we need them for warranty, tax, licensing, and legal purposes.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS, and form submissions travel encrypted. Access to the inbox that receives them is limited to people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security — please don't send sensitive information such as financial account or government ID numbers through the form.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email westcoastcushioncourts@gmail.com and tell us what you'd like — we may need to confirm your identity before we act, and we'll respond within the timeframe the applicable law allows.

California residents have specific rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, to delete, to correct, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined, so there is nothing to opt out of, but the other rights apply and we will not discriminate against you for exercising them.

You may also authorize an agent to make a request on your behalf; we may ask for proof of that authorization.

Calls and texts

If you give us your phone number, you're agreeing that we may call or text you about your inquiry and your project. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving them, or just tell us you'd rather we email.

Children

This site is meant for adults arranging court construction. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, email us and we'll delete it.

Project photos

We photograph completed courts and may use those photos in our portfolio, on social media, and in proposals. Photos are of the work, not of people, and we identify projects by market — city and state — rather than by client name. If you'd prefer your project not appear, tell us and we'll leave it out.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle information, we'll revise this page and update the effective date at the top. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
